SECIA

The Southeast Como Improvement Association (SECIA) was incorporated on June 24, 1983.
It was an all-volunteer organization until the late 1990's, when it was first able to hire staff and rent office space.



SECIA was located at 2010 E. Hennepin Ave. from 1999 - 2004.

In spring of 2004, SECIA moved to 837 15th Ave. SE.

SECIA moved into #302 of the Apiary building at 1170 15th Ave. SE
in April 2011. Landlord Andrew Volna.
