Two Minneapolis firefighters suffered serious burns Saturday from a flashover while battling a blaze in Minneapolis' Como neighborhood. They were in the attic of the three-story house at 1082 17th Av. SE. when the flashover -- a burst of combustion -- blew out the south roof. One of the firefighters, a nine-year veteran, was forced to a window and briefly hung out of it, eventually dropping a few feet to the roof of a porch. Other firefighters helped him down. . .
